Hello, I’m Danni and I’m the owner of Pickles Preschool. I gained a degree in Childhood Studies from Chichester University, West Sussex and have worked in childcare for 16 years. I am a neglect champion for West Sussex and currently have 6 settings within the area.

Hi there, I'm Gemma, I am Pickles Pre-School Manager.
I have been in the Early Years industry on and off for nearly 30 years.
I am Level 3 qualified, Paediatric first aid trained and the safeguarding lead officer here at Pickles.
I am newly married and we have 5 incredible grown up children between us and a beautiful granddaughter who are all my world.
I really enjoy spending time with all our family and friends, whether its days out or gatherings at home altogether cooking.

Hi my name is Michelle,
I have been working in Early Years for nearly 10 years.
I am practitioner Level 3 qualified and have a passion for supporting children with SEND needs, and also our settings Deputy.
I am a mum of 2 teenage girls, and I like to spend my spare time exploring nature with our family dog.

Hi, I'm Charlotte and i have been working in Early years for the past 5 years.
I'm currently looking to working towards a level 3 qualification.
I have 3 grown up children of my own, so have a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Working with children is very rewarding and gives me a great sense of achievement in the work that i do.
In my spare time I love to read and spend time with my family.
